Assist with merchandise tent during event, assist with organizing clinics, assist with our membership pavilion area, membership socials and much more.
Hospitality Intern
Candidate will work with Events Manager on travel, party decor, menus, activities, transportation, hotel accomodations and so much more for the event VIP guests.
PR/Communications Intern
Intern will: assist in updating all media contacts lists, assist writting press releases, assist with Media Guide, assist with media credentialing and much more.
Social Media Intern
Intern will engage in online conversations on behalf of our event, manage our Facebook, Twitter & YouTube accounts. Update our website and engage our followers.
Ticketing Intern
Interns will use the ARTICS & Tickemaster software, taking orders via computer & phone & interacting with patrons & volunteers. Assist with ticket mailings, credentials and various other task.
